Axle Repair

Repair of a axle by means of electric wire spraying. The relevant fits are pre-turned, blasted and then sprayed on with a desired steel grade, in this case inconel 625. The sprayed-on layer is then ground to the desired final size. By choosing a more noble or harder spray material, corrosion and wear can be reduced.
